Before returning an item please email us ( )explaining what you are returning and why?

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Items on clearance can not be returned or exchanged.


Eshe skateboards are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover damage by improper foot positioning when landing high impact tricks, normal wear and abuse (i.e. wearing down nose & tail, edge chipping from impact with your terrain du jour) , intentional breakage (aka focusing), or exposure to heat and moisture (nothing will kill your deck & bearing faster than riding it in the rain or dunk in your local fountain or sludge pond).

In the unlikely event you think you have a defective deck, please email ( ) us first with a description of the defect and we will advise you how to return your deck for inspection.


We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.
